There's a funny, unfortunate reason I call myself the Noble Ramen. It's a classic tale of mistranslation. It was supposed to be a play on my surname but I went along and mucked it up. But I've grown fond of it so it shall remain. I started this blog because I have a lot of opinions on things that don't require a lot of opinions, so all this excess thinking needed an outlet et voila.
